Symphonic Success Story

Maren just performed with the Idaho State Symphony Youth Orchestra, and it was a wonderful concert!  They opened with Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man and then played a piece from Haydn.  There were two other pieces with complicated flute solos, but fortunately for Maren, a very talented senior in high school joined the youth symphony and he played them beautifully.  She has gained so much confidence in her playing, but those solos terrified her!

Maren has decided to take band, marching band and orchestra in high school next year, and I'm really excited for her to continue to work on her talent.  Good Job, Maren!
